Welcome to ReLay Whiteboards. By placing an order on relaywhiteboards.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Company Information

ReLay Whiteboards is a brand owned and operated by Hurdler Studios, Inc., headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and U.S. dollars (USD) as indicated at checkout.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.

3. Shipping

ReLay Tiles are shipped in letter-sized recyclable envelopes via standard postal mail.
Shipping is available to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on location and postal carrier performance.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pack of ReLay Tiles within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

Email jon@relaywhiteboards.com with your order number.
You are responsible for mailing the product back to ReLay Whiteboards.
Returns must include all six whiteboards in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees).
Refunds will not be issued for used, damaged, or incomplete returns.

5. Product Use

ReLay Whiteboards are designed for use with dry-erase, wet-erase, or alcohol-based markers.
Please follow the product care instructions on our website to maintain product longevity.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReLay Whiteboards and Hurdler Studios, Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or misuse.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Information collected during checkout is used solely to process your order and improve our service.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
