At ReLay Whiteboards, your satisfaction comes first. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
ReLay Whiteboards is a brand owned and operated by Hurdler Studios, Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
1. Our Promise
You can return your ReLay Whiteboards within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no explanations required.
2. How to Return
- Email jon@relaywhiteboards.com with your order number and a quick note that you’d like to return your purchase.
- Mail your order back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
That’s it. No forms. No approval process. No stress.
3. Conditions
To keep things fair for everyone:
- Returns must include all six whiteboards in the pack.
- Items should be mailed back within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We’ll still refund your purchase even if the envelope has been opened — we just ask that all six boards are included in the return.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are applied to your original payment method (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link).
5. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive at all, email jon@relaywhiteboards.com — we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
