ReLay Whiteboards is a brand of Hurdler Studios, Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
We ship all ReLay products from our local fulfillment points to ensure fast, reliable delivery within North America.
1. Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using standard postal mail in letter-sized recyclable envelopes.
Each pack is mailed separately to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.
2. Fulfillment Locations
To reduce shipping times and costs:
- Canadian orders are fulfilled from our Vancouver, British Columbia storage location.
- U.S. orders are fulfilled from our Portland, Oregon storage location.
This allows ReLay to deliver efficiently without international customs delays.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Canada: 5–10 business days
- Within the United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary based on postal performance, holidays, and regional conditions.
5. Tracking
Because shipments are sent via standard post, tracking numbers are not available.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact jon@relaywhiteboards.com for assistance.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email jon@relaywhiteboards.com.
We will replace or refund your order immediately — no questions asked.
7. Force Majeure
ReLay Whiteboards and Hurdler Studios, Inc. are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by factors beyond our control, including postal strikes, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery once normal service resumes.
